Founded in 2005 in Monaco, the British heritage property development company Chartwell asked us to create consistency in their branding across multiple platforms.
Our aim was to not only develop a coherent visual identity, which echoed the brand’s heritage, but also to obtain key content for their magazine and relevant press placements.
The target audience aligned well with our reach, the luxury and executive international branch for investors and property developers/ enthusiasts alike. We also needed to create relevant content for Chartwelll Magazine – a luxury publication featuring the very best in aspirational living, interiors, new openings, the latest in investment news and a look behind the doors of the world’s most spectacular properties.
After fully understanding its rich history as trusted advisors to its discerning international clientele, Gold Engel set out to create a consistent branding campaign to reflect Chartwell’s timeless elegance combined with its traditional British engineering.
We needed to create an identity to reflect Chartwell’s urge to push the boundaries of quality, design and luxury.
